Begin Instruction

Your child’s customized literacy journey begins with their first personalized, multisensory session at OG Edge Literacy Lab.

Required enrollment documents

To ensure we provide the highest level of personalized instruction, we require all families to complete a set of important enrollment forms. These documents help us understand your child’s unique learning needs, health and safety considerations, and family preferences, allowing us to create a supportive and individualized literacy plan. Please review the list below and submit all required forms before your child’s first session.
